HOW IS THE CONVENTION ORGANISED?
Each day of the convention is divided into four blocks of three hours starting at 9.00am, 12:30am, 4.00pm and 7:30pm.
Each session is scheduled to run for two and a half hours from the start of that block, leaving either half an hour or a full hour between playing sessions to get from one game to the next, get something to eat/drink, or just socialise and catch your breath.
The four days of the convention usually operate as follows:
FRIDAY (2nd April 2009)
8:30am - Doors Open
9.00am - 12:30pm - Registration - only some Miniature Tournaments run
12:30am - 3:30pm - Session A
3:30pm - 4.00pm - Afternoon Break
4.00pm - 7.00pm - Session B
7:00pm - 7:30pm - Dinner Break
7:30pm - 10:30pm - Session C
10:30pm - 10:45pm - Pack up
11.00pm - Doors Close
SATURDAY (3rd April 2009)
